[5 stars] Absolutely amazing well maintained home. Extremely good value with views to die for. I can honestly say this place is by far the best holiday property we have stopped in for location, views space and cleanliness. Returning without a shadow of a doubt. So sad to come home. Many thanks.

Stunning location. Gorran Haven is a beautiful place. Cottage lovely. Great views of the sea. Cottage very clean very well equipped has everything you need. Very spacious. lovely garden for kids to play in. Met the iwner Lin lovely lady. Would love to come back again sometime.

We had such a lovely time at Shelbourne. With a lively 2 year old we wanted a holiday where we could explore a lot but also rest. Shelbourne gave us this - set on the headland with amazing views, it was great for flying the kite, building a train track in the very large lounge or strolling down to the beach or up to the park.

Days out to Mevagissey's Model Railway museum were very popular with our little boy, as was Lappa Valley Railways and Pinetum for a long runaround.

We had the perfect holiday - relaxed breakfasts and evening meals enjoying the sunrises and sunsets from the sunroom and then busy days out. Shelbourne had everything we needed, including buckets and spades! This is the second time we've been to Shelbourne and we will definitely go again.

Complete agreement with previous reviews. A large, well maintained, comfortable and clean property with stunning views and immediate access to the coast path. A folder contains details of places to visit and good eating places within a few miles (and every one we tried lived upto expectations).

For those who just want to get away from it all and stare out at the stunning view from this property, this is the place for you! Accommodation was clean and everything you need from home to home is there! Neighbours are happy, cheerful and helpful. Waking up each morning and looking directly at the sea was bliss! Gorran Haven is a quiet, quaint and idyllic small village and for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life we couldn't recommend anywhere better! The owner, Lin, is delightful and very accommodating. You just can't go wrong!

Accommodation spotless, spacious, warm. Good access to beauty spots and other attractions. We have visited Eden and Lost Gardens of Heligan to name just a few. Stunning views from Shelbourne and south west coast path on the doorstep. Local shop. Perfect peaceful holiday :)

Lovely to be able to spend the new year celebrations in a warm and comfy home and sharing in the village festivities. Shelbourne was a good starting point for some lovely sunny walks. The bungalow was extremely clean and well presented.

Whatever the weather Shelbourne always provides a perfect retreat from the world.
